Anderson Calibration & Service, Inc. is proud to be a family owned and operated business.  Our main goal is to take care of our customers by providing excellent service and accurate calibration of their testing equipment.  Bill has over 25 years of  experience working with manufacturers, wire rope suppliers, independent testing labs, and various government agencies. These government agencies include the Department of Defense, Department of Transportation, and the Department of Energy.  Our equipment is designed for use in the verification of testing machines used by the rigging industry and related manufacturers. Since 1982 Bill Anderson has been involved in helping many rigging industry companies with the important task of retrofitting and ceritifying their proof testing machines.  

All calibration equipment used by our company is calibrated in strict accordance with the ASTM Specification E 74-06 by National Standards Testing Laboratory (NSTL) and is directly traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).  The calibrations comply with ISO 17025:2005, ISO 10012-1, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, and MIL-STD-45662A. All machine verifications performed by Anderson Calibration & Service are in accordance with the ASTM Standard E 4-07 "Standard Practices for Force Verification of Force Machines" which has been approved for use by agencies of the Department of Defense and is accepted by ISO.  Anderson Calibration & Service has the capability to verify testing equipment horizontally and vertically in tension or compression.  All ASTM E 4-07 verifications performed by Anderson Calibration & Service come with a Certificate of Verification and a Verification Report.
